Welcome,

My name is Ben Cooper, I'm a PGA Professional attached at Bishop's Stortford Golf Club in Hertfordshire

I turned Professional in 2008 to further my career in golf, both on and off the golf course. I wanted to further my knowledge of the golf swing and studied for 3 years with the PGA and shall become a fully qualified PGA Professional in 2011.

As an Amatuer I played in many prestigious events such as: English under-18 Championships and The R&A British Boys Championships only to name but a few.

Playing achievements to date as a Amatuer:

2005-2008: Represented Hertfordshire Golf Union in Boys, Colts and Mens Teams.

2007: Hertfordshire County Amatuer Championships at Berkhampsted Golf Club

Playing Achievements to date as a Professional:

2008- Present: Winner of a Number of Pro-Ams (Individual and Team)

2010: Hertfordshire PGA Alliance Matchplay Championships

2011- PGA East Of England Trainee's Order of Merit Winner

2011-2012: Full playing rights to play on the EuroPro Golf Tour.

In 2013, I shall be playing full time on the PGA East Region Tour, Europro Tour, TP Golf Tour and European Tour Qualifing School in September.
